Full Job Description
Position Summary:

Provide leadership while effectively balancing the needs of associates, customers and stakeholders. Effectively guide our culture through personal support and action. Foster a talent growth process that identifies and develops talented associates. Lead and influence Hannaford's business strategy and assure strategic planning is aligned with corporate goals and vision. Ensure a high level of effective execution with focus on continuous improvement. Deliver on standard practices across all store operations. Maximize profitable sales and achieve budgeted financial objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Talent Development:

> Coach Store Managers to strengthen retail skills and develop leaders capable of embracing our strategy and willing to accept ownership for performance.

> Create and maintain a talent growth management process to ensure the development of future leaders.

> Promote and role model a culture that demonstrates a genuine concern for people and their needs while fostering high standards of performance.

> Openly strive for self-development through in-depth feedback to create a developmental course of action.

> Demonstrate a genuine concern for people and their needs, ensuring that they are treated fairly and with respect.

Achieve Results:

> Drive Hannaford strategies through implementation of practices that positively impact the district to achieve goals.

> Lead a business plan process within and outside the district that highlights opportunities and drives the business forward.

> Facilitate collaboration and build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues, and associates to achieve results as a team.

The Salary Range for this position is $161,600 - $242,400
