How you'll make an impact in this roleDirect the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies.
- Organize operations to provide high quality, cost effective services.
- Model leadership and teaming excellence by providing appropriate advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of services to meet all productivity plans.
- Coordinate and integrate services to meet contractual requirements.
- Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain quality control programs, and improve departmental operations.
- Direct staff. Manage departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction.
- Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse Licensure preferred. Required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 3-5 years director level experience in an ambulatory setting highly preferred
- Strong technical skills to be able to independently report on analytics and ROI
