Your Impact
As the Director of Nursing, you'll oversee clinical services for private duty care, skilled nursing, and home infusion clients throughout our service area. You'll conduct patient admission assessments, provide clinical oversight, mentor and support the RN infusion team, supervise nursing and CNA field staff, and help ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of care delivered to patients and families every day.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident and compassionate RN leader with strong clinical judgment, exceptional nursing assessment skills, and a passion for developing others. The ideal candidate has experience in home health or a healthcare setting, understands regulatory requirements, and possesses the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Lead, Mentor, and Grow
In this role, you'll conduct clinical record reviews, perform supervisory visits, coordinate caregiver training for new client start-ups, implement quality improvement initiatives, and provide ongoing education and coaching to clinical staff. You'll work closely with office leadership to ensure operational success while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and outstanding patient care.
