Duties- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing programs that align with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare guidelines
- Manage staffing levels to meet patient needs while maintaining budgetary constraints
- Provide training and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in home care and nursing home environments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement improvements as necessary based on data analysis
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in nursing practice, physiology, and healthcare systems
Experience- Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership roles within healthcare settings
- Strong background in supervising nursing staff with a focus on home care or nursing home environments
- In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations, Medicare policies, and best practices in patient care management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of care
