Job Summary

The Director of Nursing is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of patient care within our facility. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong nursing administration skills, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. The Director of Nursing will manage nursing operations, promote best practices in patient care, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

Duties
  • Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing programs that align with organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare guidelines
  • Manage staffing levels to meet patient needs while maintaining budgetary constraints
