Director of Maintenance

Facility: Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 per year

Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Maintenance to oversee the daily operations of our Maintenance Department. This role is responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in building operations, preventative maintenance, life safety systems, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
