About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in laboratory management or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to manage teams and complex projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Laboratory Director (e.g., ASCP, CLS, or equivalent).
• Experience with advanced laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for laboratory operations aligned with organizational objectives.
