About the Role:

The Director of Lab is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and the implementation of innovative technologies to advance laboratory capabilities. The Director will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and professional development. They will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, maintaining accreditation and certifications. Ultimately, the Director of Lab drives the lab's mission to deliver accurate, timely, and reliable results that support organizational goals and scientific advancement.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in laboratory management or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and complex projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field.
