About the Role: As our Director of Human Resources, you will provide leadership across all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, training, and organizational development. You will partner closely with executive leadership and managers to build a high-performing workforce and create a positive employee experience that supports Gateway Supply's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead HR strategy: Develop and execute human resources initiatives that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- Drive talent acquisition: Oversee recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Enhance employee engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture through employee programs, communication initiatives, recognition efforts, and engagement strategies.
- Provide employee relations leadership: Guide managers and employees through workplace issues, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while updating policies, procedures, and HR practices as needed.
- Develop people and leaders: Lead training, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management programs that strengthen organizational capability.
- Drive organizational alignment: Collaborate with parent and sister companies' leadership to ensure HR strategies, policies, talent initiatives, and compliance practices are aligned with corporate standards while effectively supporting local business objectives.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required
- 5+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience, including management of multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executives, managers, and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
