The Human Resources Office is seeking a Director of Human Resources who will...
  • Act as senior staff coordinator with OHFA
  • Assess strategic and organizational development needs of operating and business offices
  • Manage HR programs and oversee HR staff in developing and implementing personnel initiatives and tasks
  • Act in a fiduciary relationship to the Executive Director in overseeing HR operations of OHFA
