We are seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic dining team and oversee operations across eleven uniquely themed restaurants and cafés. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and service-driven leader with a strong background in multi-unit food service management. They will bring a keen eye for food quality and presentation, exceptional hospitality standards, and proven financial acumen. A passion for team training, development, and mentorship is essential, along with the ability to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and resident satisfaction.
Compensation:- Commensurate with experience stating at $130,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus
How you will make an impact- Lead and develop team members through ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high operational performance.
- Manage departmental finances, including budgeting, cost control, and fiscal accountability (meal, labor, and food costs).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain systems for effective cost control.
- Track performance through monthly operating reports and drive progress toward financial goals.
- Continuously evaluate operations, programs, training, purchasing, and personnel to maintain excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Analyze resident satisfaction and implement action plans to enhance the dining experience.
What you will need - Minimum of 7 years restaurant or food service management experience including production, service, sanitation, training and education is required.
- Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
