- Team Building & Culture- Champion a strong FOH-led culture at every location by owning the full talent cycle of hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, succession planning, and monthly development conversations and holding GMs accountable for building engaged, guest-ready teams.
- Guest Experience- Own the guest experience as a primary KPI by monitoring FOH service metrics, setting clear hospitality standards, and driving proactive plans to ensure consistent, loyalty-earning execution across all locations.
- FOH Operational Standards- Ensure all locations consistently meet FOH service, cleanliness, sanitation, and staffing standards by identifying operational gaps, diagnosing root causes, and developing formal action plans with clear timelines and accountability.
- Financial Performance- Own the P&L by reviewing financial and operational data daily, leading monthly P&L and quarterly business reviews with GMs, and delivering weekly updates to the VP of Operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Facilities, People & Culture, and other functional teams to resolve operational issues, support restaurant needs, and represent FOH operations in company-wide initiatives.
- Compliance & Safety- Ensure all restaurants maintain full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, OSHA guidelines, food safety standards, and safe work behaviors as non-negotiables across the portfolio.
Job Requirements: - 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience with a strong front-of-house focus, including a minimum of 2 years directly developing and supervising General Managers
- Demonstrated ability to own a P&L and deliver against budget and EBITDA targets
- Proven track record building high-performing teams and driving accountability across multiple locations

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience reporting to and influencing senior and executive leadership
- Track record implementing systems and process improvements across a multi-unit portfolio
- Experience with succession planning and formal talent development frameworks
- Strong understanding of P&L analysis and executive-level business review presentations
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent college experience in a related field

Essential Functions: - Ability to travel frequently and spend 80%+ of working time in the field across multiple restaurant locations
- Ability to stand, walk, and move through restaurant environments for extended periods
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to cover key dayparts and days of week
- Ability to operate a computer and standard office software for reporting, communication, and presentations
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate financial and operational data clearly and accurately
