• Lead the Finance function at the highest level, providing strategic financial leadership while partnering with the Executive Committee and operational leaders to drive strong business results.
Key Accountabilities
• Lead the hotel's financial strategy and day-to-day Finance operation, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and sound fiscal management.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee, providing meaningful financial insight, analysis, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting processes, translating business performance into clear insights and actionable strategies.
• Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities to improve profitability, manage costs, optimize resources, and drive sustainable business performance.
• Lead and develop the Finance team through coaching, collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth while fostering a culture of integrity and financial excellence.
General Requirements
• 8+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment, with demonstrated success leading complex financial operations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, meaningful insights for operational leaders and Executive Committee members.
• Strong business acumen, including extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Highly analytical and commercially minded leader with the ability to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and translate financial data into strategic business decisions.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, influence operational leaders, and balance financial discipline with the service and quality expectations of a luxury hospitality environment.

Salary range for this position is $170-180k per year, depending on experience
