Role MissionYour mission will be to protect the A+ Group's solvency and liquidity while unlocking its growth potential. You will lead the Group's financial strategy and consolidated cash management across our entire ecosystem - business units, shared services, and real estate companies - while building a high-performing, reliable Finance & Administration function capable of supporting our growth.
You will also serve as the guardian of our financial governance, overseeing capital allocation, liquidity levels, intercompany financing, financial reporting integrity, and management discipline. Your role will be as much about putting the right guardrails in place as enabling entrepreneurial ambition, giving founders and leaders the visibility they need to make better decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial strategy and capital allocation: define the Group's long-term financial strategy, protect its solvency, and establish investment discipline based on return on capital and clear ROI/IRR criteria.
- Protect cash flow and working capital: build a consolidated view of liquidity, optimize working capital, and establish rigorous governance around intercompany financing to protect the Group's operating companies.
- Strengthen our financing capacity: build strong relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and capital partners, and structure the financing required to support our growth and real estate investments.
- Build a world-class Finance function: strengthen and develop the team, clarify roles between business units and shared services, and ensure financial operations are accurate, reliable, and efficient.
- Accelerate our financial transformation: evolve our systems, automate processes, and move toward increasingly predictive financial management through data, real-time dashboards, and dynamic budgeting.
- Be a strategic partner to founders and leaders: turn numbers into decisions, challenge projects when needed, and build greater financial ownership and accountability across the leadership team.
