Le(La) directeur(trice), Flux de trésorerie et finance stratégique est responsable de la performance des flux de trésorerie, de la précision des prévisions et de l'optimisation du fonds de roulement chez McKesson Canada. Ce rôle supervise un portefeuille d'environ 300 M$ en flux de trésorerie d'exploitation ainsi que 100 M$ à 150 M$ en dépenses d'investissement annuelles.

Relevant de l'équipe FP&A corporative et Fusions & Acquisitions, vous agirez comme partenaire stratégique auprès de la haute direction afin de promouvoir une culture axée sur la trésorerie, fournir des analyses à valeur ajoutée et assurer une allocation rigoureuse du capital. Vous collaborerez aussi avec diverses unités d'affaires et des partenaires globaux pour implanter les meilleures pratiques.

Responsabilités:

Stratégie et gouvernance des flux de trésorerie
  • Diriger la stratégie des flux de trésorerie à l'échelle de l'entreprise
  • Optimiser le fonds de roulement et améliorer la précision des prévisions
  • Agir comme principal point de contact avec la trésorerie corporative (prévisions hebdomadaires)


Planification et analyse financière (FP&A)
  • Diriger les prévisions mensuelles, le budget et les prévisions glissantes (bilan et CapEx)
  • Fournir des analyses sur les risques, opportunités et impacts financiers
  • Remettre en question les hypothèses et améliorer la rigueur des prévisions


Gestion des investissements et du capital
  • Diriger le processus d'approbation des investissements (CapEx) en assurant un bon retour sur investissement
  • Évaluer et challenger les analyses de rentabilité (business cases)
  • Collaborer avec les unités d'affaires pour identifier des solutions de financement


Analytique et amélioration continue
  • Développer des tableaux de bord, KPI et modèles financiers
  • Standardiser les meilleures pratiques en gestion des flux de trésorerie
  • Améliorer les processus et systèmes de prévision et de reporting

  • Titre professionnel CPA

About the Role (Job Summary)

The Director, Cash Flow Strategy & Strategic Finance is responsible for leading McKesson Canada's cash flow performance, forecasting accuracy, and working capital optimization. This role oversees a portfolio of ~$300M in operating cash flow and $100M-$150M in capital expenditures annually.

As part of the Corporate FP&A and M&A team, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving a cash-focused culture, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring disciplined capital allocation. You will collaborate across business units and with global partners to implement best practices and improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Strategy & Governance
  • Lead enterprise-wide cash flow strategy and execution across business units
  • Drive working capital optimization and improve forecast accuracy
  • Act as primary liaison with Corporate Treasury, including weekly cash forecasts


Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Lead monthly, budget, and rolling forecasts for balance sheet and capital expenditures
  • Provide insights on risks, opportunities, and financial impacts of decisions
  • Challenge assumptions to improve forecasting discipline and accountability


Capital Investment & ROI Oversight
  • Lead capital appropriation process, ensuring strong ROI and cost control
  • Review and challenge business cases to ensure accurate cost and savings capture
  • Partner with business units to identify funding solutions


Analytics & Process Improvement
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to support decision-making
  • Standardize cash flow best practices and reporting frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and financial systems


Stakeholder Management
  • Build relationships with senior leaders across Canada and globally
  • Influence decision-making and act as a trusted advisor
  • Serve as escalation point for cross-functional financial issues


Leadership
  • Lead and develop a team of 40+ professionals
  • Drive performance, accountability, and employee development


Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA designation
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or cash flow management
  • Experience leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
