We are seeking a Director of Scale & Activation, Americas Field Marketing to build and lead the engine that turns marketing strategy into consistent, measurable execution across the Americas.

This leader will own the Scale & Activation team and be responsible for operationalizing world-class field marketing execution-creating the programs, processes, operating rhythms, and cross-functional alignment required to efficiently generate, progress, and convert demand at scale.

A critical part of the role will be connecting Field Marketing, SDR, and Growth Marketing into an integrated activation motion. The Director will establish clear handoffs, shared goals, audience and account strategies, follow-up motions, and measurement frameworks designed to improve conversion throughout the funnel.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines demand generation expertise, operational rigor, strong cross-functional leadership, and a relentless focus on conversion and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Americas Scale & Activation Organization

  • Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Scale & Activation team supporting Americas Field Marketing.

  • Define the team's charter, priorities, operating model, and success metrics.

  • Translate Americas field marketing strategy into scalable activation programs that can be executed consistently across regions, segments, and audiences.

  • Create repeatable playbooks that allow Field Marketing to increase execution velocity without sacrificing quality or customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities to centralize, automate, standardize, or simplify execution.

Operationalize World-Class Field Marketing Execution

  • Establish a best-in-class operating model for campaign and program activation, including planning, audience strategy, execution, follow-up, measurement, and optimization.

  • Develop repeatable frameworks and playbooks for field programs, events, webinars, executive programs, account-based activations, and integrated campaigns.

  • Improve speed-to-market and execution consistency through clear processes, roles, SLAs, and governance.

  • Partner with regional Field Marketing leaders to ensure scalable programs can be adapted effectively to local market and sales priorities.

  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, using performance data to identify friction and systematically improve execution.

Create Tight Alignment with SDR

  • Establish a strong operating partnership between Field Marketing and the SDR organization.

  • Develop clear lead and account follow-up strategies, SLAs, prioritization models, and feedback loops for marketing-generated engagement.

  • Partner with SDR leadership to create activation plays that convert marketing engagement into qualified conversations and pipeline.

  • Ensure SDR teams have the context, messaging, enablement, and account intelligence required for effective follow-up.

  • Analyze conversion by program, audience, account segment, and follow-up motion to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Create shared accountability between Marketing and SDR around funnel performance.

Partner with Growth Marketing

  • Work closely with Growth Marketing to connect digital demand generation with field and human activation.

  • Build integrated journeys that move prospects seamlessly from digital engagement to field experiences, SDR engagement, and sales conversations.

  • Align audience segmentation, targeting, campaign strategy, nurture, and activation across Growth and Field Marketing.

  • Identify high-intent audiences and accounts and develop coordinated activation strategies to accelerate conversion.

  • Create feedback loops so insights from Field and SDR engagement inform future Growth Marketing programs.

Own Conversion & Funnel Optimization

  • Make conversion rate improvement a core operating principle for the organization.

  • Establish funnel benchmarks and performance targets across key stages, including engagement-to-response, response-to-meeting, meeting-to-opportunity, and opportunity-to-pipeline.

  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Growth, SDR, and Sales Operations to create transparent reporting and dashboards.

  • Diagnose funnel leakage and develop experiments to improve conversion.

  • Move the organization beyond activity-based measurement toward business outcomes, pipeline contribution, and conversion efficiency.

  • Build a test-and-learn culture in which audience, messaging, channel, timing, and follow-up strategies are continually optimized.
