Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:- ESOP Administration: Primary liaison to trustee/valuation firm/TPA; prepare valuation inputs; manage participant communications; maintain repurchase obligation model and cash-flow forecasts.
- 401(k) plan oversight: Primary liaison to Service Provider; coordinate testing (ADP/ACP), filings, fee reviews.
- Stock plan administration: Oversee Omnibus Stock Option Plan
- Deferred compensation (409A) & BOLI: Support plan operations; coordinate with carriers/advisors.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance; Master's/MBA preferred.
- Active CPA license desired.
Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000 annually (depending on experience)
