Title: Director of Enterprise Software Applications
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX- Must be on-site 2x/week
Salary: $180k-215k + 15% Bonus, PTO, 401k w/ match and Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Technology based roles involving Enterprise Applications across the Retail and E-Commerce space. Candidates must have at least 2 years of leadership experience as well.

What You Need for this Position

- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in technology roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership position.

- Direct experience in B2C E-Commerce/Retail

Nice to have:

- Strong experience with Headless/Microservices/API's
- Experience with React or Next.js and headless architecture
- Seasoned background in the retail and E-Commerce industry
- Experience with Wordpress and WooCommerce
- Hands on experience with production, and support
- Experience working with Design teams and Color-Schemes/ Style Guides

What You Will Be Doing

You will lead our technology initiatives and drive the evolution of our e-commerce platforms. This involved strategic planning, technical oversight and operations, team development and production support, strategic roadmapping and executive readouts.
