What You'll Do- Team capacity planning and hiring: define roles, manage recruitment, interviewing, make hiring decisions, oversee onboarding.

Who You Are- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Aviation Technology, or related technical field and five years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or Backend Developer.
- Knowledge of PII compliance frameworks and secure coding principles.
- Proficiency in:
- Python development, distributed backend architecture, API design, performance optimization.
- Relational databases.
- Major cloud platform deployment.
- Experience with:
- Designing authorized data extraction systems; API reverse-engineering, browser automation, anti-automation mitigation in compliant, user-authorized environments.

- Implementing data validation and verification techniques, including heuristic or statistical methods for cross-source data validation of financial information.
