Your Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, master's preferred.
• 5+ years of related leadership experience, including team member supervision and management.
• Progressive career experience developing partnerships and collaborating with
community based organizations.
• Knowledge of central Texas and its network of services for low-income families.
• Demonstrated ability to think and execute strategically while consistently evaluating
processes/practices for improvements.
• Comfort and experience collaborating with people from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic,
and religious backgrounds.
• Ability to communicate with, influence, and motivate others.
• Strong customer service orientation - both organizational and interpersonal. Ability to develop
and maintain collaborative and professional relationships.
• Experience successfully administering multi-faceted client-based programs within
budget andon time.
• Experience developing innovative client-focused strategies and leading successful
execution, ina dynamic, highly collaborative environment.
• Strong experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exemplary presentation, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.

Your Responsibilities
• Lead, operationalize and manage the strategic vision for the Network Programs department that
includes Children's and Senior Programs.
• Effectively coach team members and provide supportive and developmental feedback
to enhance performance. Ensure team members develop the technical, leadership
and professional skills necessary for success. Set performance goals for team
members that align to CTFB's strategy and evaluate performance against goals on a
regular basis.
• Develop a high-performance team culture focused on leadership and accountability at
all levels, continuous learning, collaboration, measurement, and goal achievement by
modeling the way and enabling others to act.
• Assist with the oversight of partnerships including Partner Agencies and community
partners, setting budget, and timeline parameters.
• Ensure partners are trained in food safety, data reporting, privacy requirements,
ordering practices, and have the tools and resources necessary to maintain a
successful partnership with the CTFB.
• Serve as an internal and external expert on government distribution programs,
including but not limited to TEFAP, CSFP, NSLP, CACFP, and SFSP, ensuring that all
food handling, storage, and distribution policies are met and executed within budget,
on-time, and in accordance with applicable policies.
• Assist with operationalizing strategic initiatives to maximize the synergies among
program areas, including implementing new pilot projects to enhance and expand our
programming.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to partnership ROI and utilize to inform
partnership strategy and make recommendations to supervisor.
• Assist with management and reporting of annual departmental budgets and goals.
• Represent the food bank at community meetings and consult with a variety of diverse
stakeholders.
• Meet performance metrics to ensure organizational and programmatic success in
reaching out to families to connect them to ongoing nutritional support in central
Texas.
• Meet all scheduled reporting requirements, including but not limited to audits, grants,
funder requests, internal reporting requirements, contract management dashboards,
etc.
• Make decisions in the best interest of families and the community we serve.
• Actively supports organization's values, goals, and objectives by leading by example
and demonstrating support of organizational message in a positive, respectful, and
cohesive manner that supports all levels of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned including utilizing language skills you possess for the benefit
of theorganization and its clients.
