Salary: $110,000 - $115,000

Other Forms of Compensation: $5,000 sign on bonus + annual bonus + relocation assistance available

We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven leader with strong financial acumen, proven labor management expertise, luxury service experience, and a history of building high-performing teams. This individual must be capable of leading a complex senior living dining operation today while helping shape the future dining vision as the community continues to grow and evolve.

Position Overview

Premier luxury senior living community in Seattle undergoing significant growth and transformation. The Director of Dining Services must be a highly experienced hospitality leader capable of balancing resident satisfaction, financial performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence in a highly visible environment.

This role requires substantially more than day-to-day dining management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a complex operation while building the dining program into a best-in-class resident experience.

Required Experience

Leadership Experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive food service leadership experience.
  • Previous Director of Dining Services, Executive Dining Manager, Executive Chef, Hotel F&B Director, Country Club Food & Beverage Director, or Luxury Senior Living leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience leading multiple managers and large frontline teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building leadership teams and developing future leaders.

Financial Acumen
  • Strong P&L management experience.
  • Proven success managing labor budgets.
  • Experience controlling food cost and inventory.
  • Comfortable with financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analytics.
  • Strong understanding of productivity management.

Client & Resident Relations
  • Executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience managing high-expectation clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate resident concerns professionally and confidently.
  • Skilled relationship builder.
