Summary

The Director of Continuous Improvement is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing performance improvements across the warehouse network. This role focuses on improving productivity, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, service levels, and operational consistency through data-driven analysis, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the COO, this leader partners with warehouse leadership to implement sustainable improvements that drive measurable business results.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Develop and manage warehouse KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
• Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead initiatives focused on productivity, inventory accuracy, throughput, and service.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Establish performance baselines and improvement targets.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to sustain operational improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate results and opportunities to executive leadership.
Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience
