OverviewAs a
Director of Business Program Management you will be a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Program Manager to lead the Rhythm of Business (ROB) for the Corporate segment. This role is responsible for designing and executing the operational cadence that enables segment leadership to drive performance, make data-informed decisions, and stay aligned with corporate priorities.
The Program Manager will own the end-to-end ROB framework for the segment-including planning cycles, business reviews, forecasting checkpoints, and performance tracking-ensuring that the segment's unique needs are reflected in operational processes and insights. This role requires strong program management skills, deep collaboration with segment stakeholders, and a clear understanding of sales operations at both strategic and tactical levels.
Responsibilities- Segment ROB Leadership: Evolve and lead the global SME&C Rhythm of Business (ROB) for the Corporate Segment to deliver transformative insights that elevate business performance, while guiding regional teams to translate strategy into local execution.
- Executive Readiness: Drive preparation for segment leadership reviews by coordinating inputs, synthesizing insights, and ensuring alignment with broader sales and corporate rhythms.
- Segment Planning & Forecasting:Partner with Sales, Finance, and Strategy teams to support territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting tailored to the segment's goals and structure.
- Performance Management:Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track segment-specific KPIs, identify trends, and surface risks or opportunities.
- Program Governance:Ensure consistent execution of ROB processes within the segment; establish templates, timelines, and best practices that reflect segment nuances.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary operations partner for segment leadership, facilitating collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
- Change Management & Communication: Lead communications and enablement efforts to drive adoption of ROB processes and tools within the segment.

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 15+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- Proven success managing operational cadences and executive-level programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance metrics, forecasting, and business reviews.
- Proficiency in AI tooling and agentic workflows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- Experience managing ROB in a global or matrixed organization and or experience in enterprise B2B sales environments preferred.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and planning frameworks.
- PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
