Full Job Description
Overview

The Director of Business Development is a senior sales leader and healthcare staffing expert responsible for generating new business, growing a defined territory, and driving revenue through full-cycle sales. This role blends strategic planning, high-level relationship building, and hands-on prospecting to expand market presence and help shape Inline's long-term growth.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with flexibility and travel as needed to support territory development.

Candidates do not need to be local to DFW.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle sales process for healthcare staffing services, from prospecting through close
  • Independently prospect and develop leads using phone, email, text, in-person meetings, conferences, webinars, and presentations
  • Strategically develop and grow an assigned territory to achieve revenue and company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers at all organizational levels
  • Leverage existing client relationships to generate referral business
  • Identify emerging markets, trends, and new sponsorship opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth and long-term objectives
  • Provide insight and guidance on prospecting, marketing, and promotional strategies
  • Conduct webinars, presentations, and meetings to increase brand awareness
  • Fulfill prospect requests for statements of work, agreements, and related documentation
  • Travel up to 25% within the assigned territory

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience required
  • Healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling to and influencing decision-makers across healthcare organizations
  • Willingness and ability to travel
