The Director of Business Development is responsible for business development, admissions process and the development and maintenance of daily census. Represents the facility to professionals and the community to expand referral base. Continuously analyzing the marketplace and determining the changing needs of the facility's consumers.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• REQUIRED: 2 years' experience in health care related marketing.
• Preferred: experience with Point Click Care.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Computer knowledgeable including word and Excel.
• A desire to work with seniors.
