Full Job Description

The Implementation Supervisor oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of implementation activities to ensure projects, systems, processes, or services are deployed successfully. Supervises implementation team members, monitors project progress, resolves issues, supports stakeholder communication. Ensures implementation efforts meet quality, schedule, and operational requirements.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property. 
  • Ability to identify risks, track issues, and support corrective actions.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Oversees daily implementation activities and provides direction to team members.
  • Leads AI adoption efforts in healthcare, including readiness assessments and workflow analyses.
  • Evaluates real‑world outcomes and stakeholder experiences to create practical resources and playbooks.
  • Coordinates schedules, resources, tasks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitors timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to meet implementation objectives.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Reviews implementation plans and supports development of workflows, procedures, and documentation.
  • Identifies and escalates implementation issues and supports timely resolution.
  • Tracks progress and prepares clear status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensures implementation complies with standards, contract requirements, and best practices.
  • Supports testing, training, change management, and transition activities.
  • Provides coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to assigned staff.
  • Assists with workload planning, task assignments, and prioritization.
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation, including lessons learned.
  • Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational readiness and smooth handoff.
  • Recommends process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.  

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS  

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.  Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $94,200 to $135,000, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
