Apply for our Director Med Surg role today!Job Summary and QualificationsResponsible for overall management of the day - to - day operation of the clinical unit. Specific responsibilities include: Performance Improvement, Policies and Procedures, Staffing/Productivity, Program Development, and Nursing care for specific patient population. The Director must work closely with staff, physicians, and other directors to ensure quality patient care. The Director guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process and directs the cost effective allocation of resources.

*2 year Associates Degree Required.
*FL RN Licensure required or obtained within 90 days of hire if licensed with applicable RN Compact Licensure.

*3 - 5 years of nursing leadership experience required.
