As our brand accelerates, we are seeking a data-first Marketing Director for this vital role. This isn't about maintaining a perfect, pre-built machine. We need a builder to audit our current ecosystem, triage immediate needs, deploy agile temporary workarounds, and systematically engineer a world-class marketing foundation from the ground up.   • Optimize the Data-Driven Strategy: Take ownership of the end-to-end marketing roadmap. You will synthesize performance metrics across all channels to optimize marketing spend, continuously lowering Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) while driving sustainable, long-term revenue growth.
  • Drive Brand Creation & Management: Elevate and protect the WOW 1 DAY PAINTING brand identity. You will lead the creation of fresh brand assets and localized campaigns that build immediate consumer trust and amplify our presence across North America.
  • Optimize the Digital Front Door: Take strategic ownership of our web ecosystem. You will leverage your web design and CRO literacy to continuously upgrade our consumer website, ensuring a frictionless web experience that maximizes booking conversion rates across extended consideration windows.
  • Empower the Partner Network: Bridge the gap between big data and local execution. You will build highly collaborative relationships with Franchise Partners, translating complex marketing insights into scalable toolkits, systems, and digital strategies that enable them to dominate their local territories.
  • Maximize Vendor Performance: Curate and lead an ecosystem of elite agencies and freelance vendors. You will manage these relationships closely to maximize output across web development, paid media, SEO, and creative production.

  • Proven Leadership Experience: 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a track record of leading growth in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or franchise environment.
  • Data Mastery: Advanced proficiency in synthesizing multi-channel marketing data (CRM, Google Analytics, paid search/social) into clear, actionable executive summaries and operational game plans.
  • Web Design & UX Literacy: Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of modern web architecture, digital user journeys, and conversion optimization strategies tailored to multi-touch consumer behaviours.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: A proven track record of successfully managing complex agency and vendor relationships to deliver high-ROI marketing outcomes.
  • A "Play to Win" Attitude: The adaptability to navigate an evolving landscape, a high degree of emotional intelligence to influence independent stakeholders, and a relentless drive to execute.


๐Ÿ’ฐ COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary is $$159,000 to $175,000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
