Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Marketing Injectable Aesthetics to lead the development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies that drive sustainable growth, customer engagement, and business performance across the Injectable Aesthetics portfolio. This role is responsible for translating portfolio strategy into impactful market activation through integrated brand plans, key account collaboration, and cross-functional execution. The Director will lead the marketing organization while partnering closely with Sales, Medical, Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, Finance, and Market Access to maximize customer engagement, strengthen market leadership, and deliver commercial results.

Essential Functions

Strategic Brand & Portfolio Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and portfolio strategies that align with business objectives, strengthen market leadership, and maximize long-term growth opportunities across the Injectable Aesthetics portfolio.
  • Lead annual strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, and brand investment decisions to optimize business performance.


Brand Activation & Commercial Execution
  • Translate strategy into impactful activation plans that drive customer engagement, treatment growth, and adoption across priority customer segments and channels.
  • Ensure excellence in execution through integrated cross-channel marketing programs, sales enablement, educational initiatives, and customer activation plans.


Marketing Innovation & Digital Enablement
  • Drive innovation in marketing programs, customer engagement models, and B2B, B2B2C, and consumer activation initiatives.
  • Leverage data, technology, and digital capabilities to enhance customer experiences and marketing effectiveness.


Key Account Marketing & Strategic Partnerships
  • Lead development and execution of strategic marketing plans with key account partners and corporate groups as part of Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Channels and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities, create differentiated value propositions, and strengthen Galderma's position as a strategic partner.


Customer & Market Insight
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by integrating customer, consumer, and market insights into portfolio strategy, activation plans, and investment decisions.
  • Anticipate market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.


Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Utilize performance analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to evaluate business performance, optimize investments, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish clear success measures and ensure disciplined monitoring of portfolio and brand performance.


Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, agility, and executional excellence.
  • Serve as a key commercial leader, partnering closely with Sales, Medical, Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.


Performance & Budget Management
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies, activation plans, and commercial initiatives.
  • Manage marketing investments to maximize return on investment and ensure resources are aligned with strategic growth priorities.


Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Hands-on, highly collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments with a strong external, customer, and business focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Business required; MBA preferred.
