Opportunity Overview

The Director, Marketing is a visionary, hands-on leader, spearheading our dynamic marketing strategy to ensure our products reach their full potential on a global scale. Driving product positioning, communications, market research, pricing, customer satisfaction, budget planning, and implementing growth initiatives, they have the opportunity to shape both short and long-term achievement of department and organizational success. The Global Vice President, Marketing adeptly navigates difficult, impactful, and abstract issues, and influences key decisions as a member of the Company's Senior Leadership team. They are integral in the development of company objectives and policies and the achievement of business goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing function, including nurturing talent and driving success across the division.
  • Develop both long and short term strategic marketing plans in support of company product sales; ensure availability of tactics and resources for the sales function.
  • Drive impactful and compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Oversee marketing, operations, and service of international businesses, DDC Worldwide and AgeaCare.
  • Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track and analyze performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive response to market trends.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market research data, monitoring competitors, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to drive collaborative success.
  • Partner seamlessly across departments to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives, driving synergies and maximizing impact.
  • Inspire and motivate our marketing team to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO-9000, and related regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring all marketing materials adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Ensure and maintain compliance with the company's quality system requirements through training and adherence to policies, procedures and processes
  • Travel to corporate office monthly and other travel, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree and/or MBA preferred.
  • At least ten (5) years at a senior management level
  • Familiarity with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience with budgets in excess of $2 million.
  • Prior business development, licensing, international regulations, and new product and opportunities experience preferred.
  • Superior communication skills and demonstrated negotiation abilities, coupled with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Superior knowledge of management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success implementing projects or solving issues that significantly impact the overall success of an organization.
  • Must possess effective decision making skills and analytical ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain or improve fiscal efficiency.
