Responsibilities

  • Ensure high resident satisfaction through quality hospitality services and initiatives.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of life enrichment and engagement programs.
  • Coordinate and promote community events, including holiday and anniversary celebrations.
  • Develop and manage departmental budget in line with annual guidelines.
  • Supervise staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Participate in policy development and ensure compliance within the department.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality service delivery.

Pay Range
$78,100.00-$107,400.00+ Annual

A few details about the role:
  • Ensure resident satisfaction levels are achieved through quality and hospitality services and initiatives.
  • Oversee the design of life enrichment and engagement programs that are appropriate in optimizing resident participation based on resident interests and abilities.
  • Coordinate and market community-wide resident functions including holiday and anniversary celebrations.
  • Develop departmental budget and operates department within annual set budgetary guidelines
  • Directly responsible for hiring, scheduling, supervising, performance management and corrective action. Team member development and training.
  • Participant in department policy development and monitoring.
  • Manage vendor partnerships
