Job DescriptionThe Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. VCS works closely with Financial Institutions and Fintech's to bring payment solutions and associated services that meet the needs of Small Businesses, Growth Corporates, Large Enterprises, Multi-Nationals and Governments around the world.
Within VCS, the LMM (Large Middle Market) segment team is core to Visa's growth strategy in delivering capabilities that span across T&E and B2B payment solutions. We work across the organization to enable innovation and the delivery of solutions cross-regionally to meet our clients' needs.
This role requires an initiative-taking individual with strong leadership, vision, problem solving ability and knowledge in commercial solutions. This individual will have prior sales enablement and/ or commercial solutions expertise. This person's primary responsibility is to deliver Visa's products and solutions to our LMM segment clients as well as the broader payment eco system e.g. buyers, suppliers, financial institutions. This person will interact with executives and others in client and partner organizations to identify relevant solutions based on their needs. This person will work closely with the LMM segment solutions head as well as functional partners and multiple stakeholders globally and regionally. They will support the business in a broad range of areas including building proposition roadmaps, product strategy, M&A planning and integration, partnership development and execution.
Essential Functions:
Strategy
- Support the delivery of Visa's commercial solutions strategy for LMM segment
- Ideate and guide solution concepts consistent with client needs and company vision
- Build deep understanding of our products (T&E and B2B) to help drive product strategy and development for LMM
- Own and build LMM segment proposition roadmaps
- Provide strategic and operational support to executive leadership as appropriate
Sales Enablement and Go-To-Market:
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure alignment on goals/scope, plan critical paths, and identify operational risks.
- Lead regular performance management cadence including business reviews and internal communications focused on sales growth.
- Help build go to market strategy and drive thought leadership in coordination with global/regional LMM teams
- Liaise with other business units, product leaders, client services and other applicable groups to ensure flawless execution
- Represent Visa and drive thought leadership at key LMM forums and events
Partnership Development and Enablement:
- Support the VCS Partnership strategy by building new partnerships that broaden B2B use cases, such as ERPs and ecommerce platforms.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Gather and synthesize inputs and data from various sources to develop meaningful insights on the business for stakeholder presentations and executive level reporting.
- Own and lead routines that communicate LMM sales performance globally and regionally.
- Be the key point of contact for LMM teams globally to assist with key RFPs and Client engagement

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Experience in creating vision statements and setting product goals.

- Experience in customer discovery and the design of new products based on that discovery.

- Experience collaborating in global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to forecast business trends.
- Senior product management experience in Digital, Payments, and Financial Services.
- Proven track record of launching and managing digital products for issuers.
- Deep background in issuing institutions and managing large card portfolios.
- Experience in developing or launching new solutions and managing engagement, UX, and UI transformation.
- Experience leading difficult deal negotiations and managing third-party vendors.
- Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual rigor.
- Experience managing diverse teams with positive records.
U.S. Applicants OnlyThe estimated salary range for this position is $192,300.00 to $ 307,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
