Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning Develop and maintain the IT strategic roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives. Identify emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively. Program & Portfolio Management Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs and projects. Establish and manage program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a key liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and transparency. Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and change management efforts. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of program managers, project managers, and analysts. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Support professional development and succession planning within the team. Risk & Compliance Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives and technology programs. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, program management, or enterprise project leadership. Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives. Strong understanding of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies. Familiarity with portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project).

The base salary range for this position is:

$210,000 -230,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
