Director, IT Solutions The Job: As a IT Solutions Director you'll be part of our Corporate Information Technology team working as a remote employee. The IT Solutions Director is a visionary leader responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction for IT solutions and platforms across a global enterprise. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and operational excellence by overseeing the entire lifecycle-from selection and implementation to ongoing management-of critical IT solutions. Ensuring tool governance aligns with business objectives, maximizes efficiency, and delivers measurable ROI, while maintaining robust vendor relationships and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
A core accountability is leading technology enablement within the IT operating model transformation, with special emphasis on infusing artificial intelligence capabilities into the IT solutions roadmap. By leveraging deep expertise in AI, enhancing automation, analytics, and innovation, while supporting enterprise-wide business growth and agility. The IT Solutions Director also provides governance and leadership for the ServiceNow enterprise platform and its key modules, ensuring seamless integration, process improvement, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.

You'll get to:
- Establish and communicate the strategic roadmap for IT solution selection, implementation, and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Define and execute technology enablement strategies as part of the IT operating model transformation, optimizing critical platforms and driving enterprise-wide innovation.
- Lead enterprise-wide technology enablement initiatives, infusing artificial intelligence and automation into the IT solutions roadmap to drive innovation and business growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging practices in product management, agile delivery, and digital transformation, continually evaluating and adopting new technologies to evolve the IT solutions landscape.
- Transform the ServiceNow environment into a robust, scalable enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with global business needs, supporting effective cross-functional collaboration, and establishing governance for key modules (IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR Service Delivery, Integrated Risk Management, Third-Party Supplier Risk Management) to drive standardization, collaboration, and strong governance practices and platform management.
- Spearhead the creation and governance of a Center of Excellence for SDLC tooling-including Azure DevOps, Jira, and advanced AI tools-setting strategic direction, integrating workflows, and promoting Agile and Product Management best practices.
- Establish the strategic vision for the Power BI platform, ensuring robust data governance, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with enterprise reporting and transformation goals.
- Lead the integration and enablement of Generative AI within Power BI, advancing analytics, automation, and AI-powered reporting to deliver actionable business insights.
- Develop comprehensive training and user enablement programs, fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring high standards of data quality, integrity, and stewardship across platforms.
- Lead governance processes for IT solutions and platforms, ensuring compliance with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
- Implement and promote industry standards and frameworks to ensure best-in-class IT solutions governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
- Manage and empower cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, foster innovation, and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and agility.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize IT solutions usage for cost-effectiveness and performance.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights on tool performance, ROI, and digital transformation progress, leveraging data analytics and industry benchmarking.
- Oversee the selection, deployment, and continuous improvement of project and portfolio management tools and IT investment management solutions to maximize value delivery and align technology investments with business objectives.
- Drive change management and adoption initiatives, ensuring successful deployment of new tools and processes and fostering continuous improvement.

Education/Experience - Undergraduate degree and 10+ project management experience, or
- Graduate degree and 8-10 of years experience in IT Tools management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated leadership in the management IT tools and cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in IT Tools Management.

The Salary range for this position is $134,300.00 - $231,700.00
