The Director, Technical Project Management leads the planning and execution of complex technology initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact projects aligned with business strategy, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with deep project management expertise, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology projects and programs
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and governance artifacts
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and vendors
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor engagements
- Apply and implement project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Manage cross-functional project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
- 9 years of experience in enterprise-level technology project management and team management delivering complex initiatives
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
Preferred Qualifications - PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience managing regulatory or compliance-driven projects (e.g., SOC2, SOX, HIPAA-type environments

The current salary range for this position is $124,500 to $165,000, plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
