We are seeking a
Director, Internal Communications for our
Broomfield, CO location.
This person will own the internal communications strategy and drives clarity, consistency, and confidence across the organization through executive messaging, high-impact communications, and strategic advisory to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Own global internal and executive communication strategy, aligned to business priorities and overall company narrative
- Drive CEO and executive leadership messaging across all internal and external channels, including town halls, all-hands, videos, emails, and thought leadership
- Integrate business strategy, priorities, and performance updates into a cohesive and consistent communication drumbeat across the organization
- Oversee planning and execution of company-wide communications, including bi-weekly newsletters, major change initiatives, crisis communications, and organizational and leadership updates
- Develop executive communication toolkits, including talking points, FAQs, and leader cascade materials
- Drive continuous improvement of executive communication channels, formats, and engagement approaches
- Set editorial direction, tone, and quality standards across all internal communication channels
- Measure overall communication effectiveness, including engagement, reach, and employee understanding
- Partner closely with employee engagement and experience teams
- Own and improve the employee intranet as a high-impact internal channel, ensuring engagement with all functions

You Must Have:- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10+ years proven experience leading internal and executive communications in a complex, global environment
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Compensation & Benefits: Incentive Eligible - Range posted is inclusive of bonus target
The pay range for this role is $208,000 - $260,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
