Job Description:
The Role
The Director, Integrated Strategy & Planning leads audience-first media strategy across key accounts across national and local markets, connecting client business goals, consumer insights, channel strategy and investment.
This highly client-facing role has a strong emphasis on leveraging Omnicom Media's Omni marketing orchestration platform, including Investment + Channel Planner, to inform media recommendations and investment decisions.
We're seeking a critical thinker, confident client leader and impactful storyteller who brings a challenger mindset, uses Omni and audience intelligence to shape smarter media decisions, and continuously evolves strategy based on performance learnings.
Core Responsibilities
• Integrated Strategy: Develop full-funnel national and local market plans across
linear TV, streaming/CTV, digital, social, audio and OOH
• Omni-Powered Planning: Use Omni Investment + Channel Planner to inform
channel strategy, investment allocations and recommendations
• Client Leadership: Lead client-facing strategy, planning and investment discussions
and clearly articulate recommendations
• Performance-Informed Planning: Apply in-market learnings and performance
insights to evolve channel planning and future investment decisions
Key Qualifications
• 7-10+ years of integrated media strategy and planning experience
• Strong strategic, analytical and investment planning capabilities
• Confident client-facing presenter and storyteller
• Experience with media mix and planning platforms; Omni experience strongly
preferred
• Working knowledge of Mediaocean, STRATA, Core Direct, Nielsen, Comscore
and/or Kantar
$140,000 - $150,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
