The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of Enterprise Product & Platofrm Engineering team, this senior leadership role is responsible for leading a cross-disciplinary SWAT engineering function focused on resolving complex infrastructure challenges, improving enterprise resiliency, and driving cross-domain technical strategy across distributed, cloud, and network platforms. Hybrid technical leadership role requiring engagement across engineering teams, incident response calls, and enterprise architecture forums.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide triage and resolution of critical infrastructure incidents.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode analysis (FMEA).
  • Define and implement resiliency strategies and DR/OR validation.
  • Provide cross-domain consulting across cloud, network, middleware, and compute.
  • Establish deep debugging practices across Linux, Windows, and cloud environments.
  • Develop and lead a SWAT engineering organization.
  • Define strategic and tactical remediation roadmaps.
  • Build and manage a high-performing SWAT team of senior engineers.
  • Mentor and develop cross-domain technical expertise.
  • Lead incident bridges and executive escalations.
  • Foster a culture of rapid response, accountability, and engineering excellence.

  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Hybrid cloud and mainframe exposure.
  • Experience with DR, resiliency, and cyber recovery strategies.
  • Familiarity with failure mode analysis and testing frameworks.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
