Job Title: Director, Indirect Sourcing, Specialized Services

Location: Clark, NJ

A Day in the Life

As the Sourcing Director for Specialized Services, you will be a key strategic partner to our senior business leaders, reporting to the AVP of Indirect Sourcing. You will drive the strategic development and management of our sourcing category for professional services across North America, including Legal, Banking, and Tax.
  • Strategic Leadership: You will build and execute multi-year category strategies that enhance competitiveness, optimize costs, and ensure service quality across the US and Canada.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: You will act as a key advisor to CFOs, General Counsels, and other senior leaders, building strong influence to anticipate business priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Supplier & Market Excellence: You will lead high-stakes contract negotiations, manage key supplier relationships, and develop deep market intelligence to identify top-tier partners and innovative FinTech/LegalTech solutions.
  • Global Collaboration: You will translate global sourcing strategies for the North American market while proactively sharing regional insights to shape worldwide initiatives.
