2. Innovation, Technology & AI Integration
  • Partner strategically with internal stakeholders (CDMO, brand teams) to analyze technological evolutions and champion the integration of advanced digital and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to optimize efficiency and creativity at scale.
  • Identify North American market trends, emerging marketing technologies, and innovative agency models to future-proof our supplier ecosystem.

3. Stakeholder Partnership & Agency Governance
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to L'Oréal USA brand teams and finance leads, ensuring alignment on sourcing objectives and commercial requirements.
  • Co-own and oversee key Agency of Record (AOR) and major supplier relationships, driving regular business reviews (QBRs) and localized evaluations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for complex, high-value projects-defining objectives, resource allocation, timelines, and supplier selection criteria.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to Sourcing Managers within the Content & Creation team.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, contract negotiation expertise, and deep understanding of creative/media agency compensation models.
  • Mindset: Forward-thinking, adaptable, and passionate about marketing technology, digital transformation, and GenAI innovations in advertising.
