The
Director HR Data & Analytics- HRIS & Compliance is responsible for the administration, optimization and continuous improvement of HR systems (HRIS), people data, analytics and compliance processes. This role leads HRIS-related initiatives, develops and maintains people data, analytics, and supports effective execution of core HR operational processes. This role supports the overall People Strategy in bridging the gap between HR strategy and practical implementation for areas like people metrics, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
HRIS Administration:- Serve as the operational owner and SME for all HRIS-related projects, enhancements, implementations, and process improvements.
- Owns the administration of HR Information Systems (HRIS), including data entry/maintenance and system accuracy.
- Establishes and maintains HR data governance practices to ensure integrity, consistency, confidentiality, and appropriate use of employee data across systems and reporting.
- Audit data for accuracy and compliance purposes.
- Complete accurate HR reporting and regulatory filings as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for end users requiring assistance with self-service functionalities.
- Partners with IT, internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR systems functionality, upgrades, issue resolution, and process enhancements.
HR Data, Analytics and Reporting:- Develop, maintain, and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual people analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support business decisions.
- Research, compile, analyze and interpret data to inform and improve HR programs, policies and practices.
- Oversee CPG's participation in compensation surveys and reports as well as ongoing assessment of the use of surveys as well as costs versus benefits of future survey participation.
- Develop custom reporting solutions to meet business and operational needs.
HR Operations and Compliance:- Owns execution of documents, standardizes, and continuously improves HR operational processes (including hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation and timekeeping) to enhance efficiency, consistency, employee experience, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure the completion and processing of documents and forms necessary for the implementation of various HR policies, programs, procedures and practices, including EEO-1 reports and HR metrics.
- Effective performance of the essential functions of this position requires regular in-person, on-site interaction with colleagues, both for purposes of relationship building and meaningful collaboration.

- Knowledge of all Federal and State laws and regulations related to Human Resources.
- Strategic and critical thinker who can connect HR activities to broader business outcomes.
- Strong collaborative orientation and sound judgment and skills in addressing HR challenges.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent plus. Combination of work and experience considered.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience is required.
- An HRIS background with functional expertise in systems implementation, HR compliance and people analytics.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Commuting to the office, on average, three days a week. Extensive use of a computer keyboard is a demand of the position to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Currently hybrid (provide employees with the option of working two days per week from home (Monday & Friday) and three days working in a standard office environment (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)). Salary Range: $111,000 - $150,000
