Director, HR Business Partner - Global Finance & Procurement

Shape the Future of Our Global Business Engine

The opportunity at Texas Instruments will be supporting our Finance and Procurement organizations which are the backbone of our global operations. We are seeking a visionary HR Director to serve as a strategic architect for our people strategy. You will not just support a business-you will partner with its most senior leaders to design, build, and evolve a world-class global workforce.

This is a high-impact leadership role designed for an HR expert who thrives on complexity. You will lead a high-performing team of HR Business Partners and Generalists, empowering them to deliver excellence while you focus on the "big picture": organizational design, large-scale transformation, and long-term talent sustainability.

Your Impact: As a Director, your success will be measured by the strength and agility of the organizations you support. You will:
  • Architect Strategic People Roadmaps: Translate complex global business goals into actionable HR strategies that drive measurable business results and organizational capability.
  • Drive Organizational Transformation: Act as a key advisor on organizational design, leading the business through transitions, capability building, and structural evolutions.
  • Cultivate Leadership & Talent Pipelines: Move beyond traditional succession planning to build a robust, future-ready talent ecosystem through proactive workforce planning and differentiated development for key leaders.
  • Champion Organizational Effectiveness: Use data-driven insights and deep business acumen to advise senior leaders on leadership health, engagement, and change management.
  • Lead & Elevate a Premier HR Team: Mentor and scale a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of coaching, high performance, and proactive business partnership.
  • Collaborate Across the HR Ecosystem: Orchestrate integrated solutions by partnering with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employee Relations to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Who You Are: You are a seasoned HR leader who views HR through a business lens. You don't just manage processes; you solve business problems through people.
  • The Strategic Partner: You have a proven track record of influencing senior executives in large, complex, matrixed environments.
  • The Change Agent: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading organizations through significant periods of growth or transformation.
  • The People Developer: You take immense pride in building high-performing teams and coaching the next generation of HR leaders.
  • The Analytical Thinker: You use data to tell a story, anticipate risks, and recommend proactive solutions rather than reactive fixes.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time spent in a strategic HR Business Partner role within a global organization.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success leading and developing professional HR teams.
  • Expertise: Deep mastery of organization design, talent management, workforce planning, and change leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • Global Mindset: Experience supporting global corporate functions (Finance, Procurement, etc.) is highly valued.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
