Responsibilities:As Head of Consulting Americas and member of the C&T management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Bank's strategic growth agenda across the region. This is a high-impact leadership position with significant autonomy and visibility, reporting directly to the Head of Consulting & Transformation.
- Shape the vision, direction, and service offerings of Consulting Americas in alignment with the Bank's strategic priorities including Strategic Planning (5 10 year growth strategies for regional and country-level businesses), Sector & Go-to-Market strategy (client, product, and org. strategy), Framing complex/novel initiatives supporting the Bank's strategy
- Establish and enforce problem framing standards across the portfolio, aligning initiatives to strategic priorities, defining clear success metrics, and guiding teams through ambiguity
- Build and sustain trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization, positioning the team as a strategic partner for high-impact Consulting initiatives
- Oversee a complex strategic change portfolio end-to-end, ensuring disciplined execution, effective resource allocation, transparent performance tracking, and value capture post-implementation
- Lead data-driven problem solving, ensuring analytical depth, consistent application of methodologies, and development of actionable, enterprise-level recommendations aligned with business priorities
- Deliver clear, structured, and impactful communications to senior stakeholders, translating complex analyses into actionable insights
- Leverage deep institutional and industry knowledge to shape strategic direction, develop repeatable methodologies, and embed knowledge creation/sharing in the team's culture and client value proposition
- Drive innovation and thought leadership by advancing methodologies, incorporating emerging technologies (e.g., AI), and shaping the evolution of strategy capabilities across the organization
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams by fostering a feedback-driven culture, supporting career growth, and strengthening capabilities aligned with evolving strategic growth needs
- Contribute to the broader S&T management agenda, including budget oversight, hiring, training, knowledge management, and philanthropic initiatives.
- Foster strong connectivity and collaboration with other Consulting & Transformation (C&T) teams globally
Minimum Required Qualifications:- 15+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or enterprise transformation roles, including significant leadership responsibility
- Proven track record leading complex strategic advisory engagements at enterprise or regional level, from problem framing through execution
- Demonstrated ownership of strategic or consulting portfolios, including prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery of measurable business impact
- Extensive experience engaging, influencing, and advising senior executives on strategic, commercial, and growth-related matters
- Deep understanding of CIB / banking business models, including products, clients, and revenue drivers
Required Competencies:- Demonstrated experience developing and driving strategic change agendas
- Advance knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g. issue analysis), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical skills
- Expertise in program / project management
- Significant experience in driving revenue growth directly or through related change initiatives
- Excellent communication across verbal, written and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent internal strategy function
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives within a global financial institution, ideally in CIB
- Experience driving AI-enabled strategic programs
- Track record of operating in complex, global, matrixed organizations
- Experience building or scaling consulting and strategy capabilities, functions, or methodologies
- Master's degree / MBA
- Strong familiarity with BNP Paribas organization and Americas platform

The expected starting salary range for this position is between
$220,000 to
$250,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
