Job Description
The Director of GTM Effectiveness & Execution is accountable for turning growth strategy into consistent, repeatable revenue execution across regions and motions. This role owns how GTM strategy shows up in the field, defining executable GTM motions, ensuring frontline and manager adoption, and driving measurable improvements in productivity, pipeline performance, and revenue outcomes. Success is defined by how effectively sellers and managers execute the right behaviors in the moments that matter, and the impact that has on revenue; establishing GTM effectiveness as a revenue execution engine and not a support function.

• Convert growth priorities into clear GTM motions, role specific execution expectations, and sequenced plays that sellers and managers can execute in live deals.
• Define how we sell and when in close partnership with Product Marketing and Growth, ensuring strategy moves beyond messaging into execution.
• Partner directly with sales and regional leaders to embed GTM execution into day to day operating rhythms.
• Equip sales managers with clear inspection points, coaching standards, and reinforcement expectations that turn strategy into sustained behavior change.
• Own accountability for field activation, execution quality, and sustained adoption.
• Be accountable for measurable performance improvements tied to GTM execution, including:
o Time to productivity and ramp
o Funnel progression and conversion at critical stages
o Execution consistency of priority GTM plays
o Pipeline and ARR impact
• Lead and develop a team of GTM Effectiveness leaders and SMEs aligned to regions, motions, and products.
• Act as a connective leader across Growth, Product, PMM, Sales Operations, and Regions.
• Provide clear, data backed recommendations to senior leadership on priorities, trade offs, and execution risks.
Required Experience & Skills
• 10+ years in sales enablement, GTM execution, sales enablement, or commercial operations.
• Proven experience driving measurable revenue outcomes through execution.
• Strong people leadership experience leading cross functional teams.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability.
