Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in private equity accounting
• 4+ years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of industry and accounting principles, particularly US GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, high-quality, and timely across multiple engagements
• Review and approve key financial reports including client financial and partner capital statements
• Develop and implement onboarding plans for new clients to ensure smooth transitions
• Provide clients with technical accounting guidance and industry insights
• Oversee the external audit process for efficiency and accuracy
• Lead, develop, and mentor team members to promote collaboration and growth
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and best practices
• Contribute to business development and identify client growth opportunities
