Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor

Director Fund Reporting- GP Fund Solutions

As an Director at GPFS, you bring people together, driving collaboration, delivering client excellence, and inspiring those around you.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and strengthen overall client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
  • Oversee the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables across multiple client engagements.
  • Review and approve client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key financial reports.
  • Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and industry insights to support clients' evolving needs.
  • Coordinate, manage, and monitor the external audit process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor team members to foster growth, collaboration, and professional excellence.
  • Ensure team adherence to internal control policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client growth and service enhancement.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of private equity accounting experience.
  • 4+ years of management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industry and accounting principles, US GAAP Expertise.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
