Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management.
  • 10 years of experience managing global transportation networks, freight budgets ($1B), and carrier/3PL relationships.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience resolving cross-functional friction and building strategic governance frameworks in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience leading massive enterprise software transformations (e.g., SAP TMS migrations) and deploying yard management systems.
  • Metrics-driven problem solver with experience using dashboard tools and automated data triggers.
  • Demonstrated success executing environmental initiatives, including Scope 3 emissions reduction and zero-waste programs.
  • Proficiency leveraging AI and predictive analytics for route optimization and risk management.


About the job

As the Director of Global Transportation & Sustainability you will lead a 30-person global transportation organization within Infrastructure & Data Center Leadership. You will manage a high-velocity transportation network of over 4,000 shipment lanes across three major transportation modes and will be responsible for overseeing a global freight spend of more than $4.0B while advancing the organization's sustainability initiatives and managing a team of 7 direct reports.

  • Resolve cross-functional goal conflicts through governance frameworks, and implement automated data reliability and predictive risk tools.
