Director Full Price Stores

Job Summary

Director to oversee our network of full-price retail stores. This leader will own the P&L for all store operations, playing a pivotal role in opening new locations and expanding our footprint. The Director will ensure the smooth operation of the entire fleet, setting strategic direction to make our stores both a premier shopping destination and an exceptional workplace. Reporting to the Vice President of Omni-Channel will help drive the Wrangler Brand in our Brick and Mortar locations. Utilize expertise in new store site selection, store P&L management, store operations, and apparel merchandising.

Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of the Full Price retail store P&L, driving profitability and sustainable growth across all locations. This includes Full Price and our Hometown store location.
  • Lead new store openings, including site selection and launch execution, to maximize brand presence and market reach. Be data driven utilizing e-Commerce data and Placer AI to help determine store locations. Partner with third party Real Estate firm on Site Selection and Negotiation.
  • Oversee daily operations for the fleet of stores, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Wrangler's standards. Work closely with Director of Store operations on Operational execution and Store Policy and Procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies for store experience-cultivating environments that delight customers and engage employees.
  • Direct visual merchandising initiatives to showcase products and create compelling, on-brand displays.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire store teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and achievement.
  • Leverage extensive experience in full-price retail, with a strong background in denim and apparel.
  • Manage and execute marketing and loyalty programs for stores, driving customer engagement, retention, and brand affinity.
