OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Director to lead complex client engagements, shape large-scale transformation programs, and contribute to the growth of our Financial Services consulting practice.
What you will do- Lead large-scale Finance Transformation programs for banking clients.
- Advise CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and Finance leaders on finance strategy and operating model design.
- Deliver finance modernization initiatives including:
- Finance Target Operating Models
- Finance Process Optimization
- Financial Planning & Analysis Transformation
- Close & Consolidation Transformation
- Regulatory and Management Reporting
- Data, Reporting & Analytics
- AI and Automation solutions
- ERP and EPM implementations
- Manage engagement teams and oversee quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Build executive-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Lead business development activities, proposal development, and market pursuits.
- Contribute to thought leadership within Banking and Financial Services.
- Coach and develop consultants, managers, and emerging leaders.
What you bring to the role- 10+ years of combined consulting and industry experience.
- Experience delivering transformation initiatives within:
- Retail Banking
- Commercial Banking
- Capital Markets
- Wealth & Asset Management
- Strong understanding of banking finance functions, including:
- Financial Controllership and Reporting
- FP&A
- Regulatory Reporting
- Risk, Treasury & Finance Integration
- Finance Data Management
- Experience with major finance technologies such as:
- SAP S/4HANA
- Oracle Cloud (ERP and EPM)
- Workday and Adpative
- OneStream
- Anaplan
- Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and large consulting teams.
- Strong business development and proposal-writing experience.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent designation.
- Experience leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
- Demonstrated track record in Financial Services consulting and practice development.
