Job Description

The Director of Facilities & Event Operations is responsible for managing daily Athletic facilities operations and home event operations to provide a first-class experience to the student-athletes, visitors and spectators. This includes but is not limited to, guest experience, facility presentation, and operational logistics. The Director manages three Operations Assistants and an Administrative Assistant and works with campus partners to execute safe and successful operations. Additionally, the Director coordinates home championship competitions. The Director of Facilities & Event Operations reports to the Associate Athletic Director, Capital Planning and Facilities Operations.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S. required. Three to five years of experience. Knowledge and adherence to university, NCAA and Patriot League policies and protocols.
