The Opportunity

As a Director of Enterprise Sales at Iru, you will lead a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives responsible for driving growth across some of the world's most influential organizations. Each AE owns a segment of strategic accounts and is responsible for building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and delivering on monthly and quarterly revenue goals. You will guide the team in helping customers understand how Iru's AI-powered platform unifies UEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Compliance Automation, and Workforce Identity to simplify and secure their IT and security operations.

Your focus will be on elevating performance through consistent coaching, clear expectations, and a culture rooted in accountability and execution. You will model excellence in enterprise sales leadership-developing talent, resolving challenges quickly, and reinforcing a results-driven, collaborative, and high-trust environment.

Success in this role means scaling a world-class enterprise sales organization that consistently exceeds its goals and establishes Iru as the category-defining platform for unified identity, endpoint, and compliance management.

Required to work onsite 5x a week in our Miami (Coral Gables) office.

What You'll Do

  • Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, aiming to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Iru's solutions to prospective clients
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction


What You'll Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IC enterprise sales experience and 3 years of management experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding IT management solutions and quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
