Full Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Enterprise Program Management to join a leading client in the e-commerce and retail space. This person will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on Oracle ERP, supply chain, and eCommerce transformation. This leader will oversee enterprise-level programs, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology execution. The Director of Enterprise Program Management will lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on Oracle ERP implementations, managing scope, timelines, and budgets while overseeing a team of two program managers. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle ERP finance and supply chain modules, along with a strong understanding of eCommerce operations and end-to-end business processes like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. The director will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, establish governance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
