Insight Global is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Enterprise Program Management to join a leading client in the e-commerce and retail space. This person will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on Oracle ERP, supply chain, and eCommerce transformation. This leader will oversee enterprise-level programs, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology execution. The Director of Enterprise Program Management will lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on Oracle ERP implementations, managing scope, timelines, and budgets while overseeing a team of two program managers. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle ERP finance and supply chain modules, along with a strong understanding of eCommerce operations and end-to-end business processes like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. The director will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, establish governance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Required Skills & Experience- 14+ years of experience in enterprise program management, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP implementations and migrations.
- Deep domain expertise in supply chain and eCommerce operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules: GL, AP, AR, SLA, Cash Management, OM, Purchasing.
- Familiarity with integrations between Oracle ERP and cloud-based finance applications (e.g., EPM, Incentive Compensation).
- Ability to guide technical teams on RICEW components and system architecture.
