What You'll Be Doing

As a Director, Engagement & Communications of Infrastructure & Modernization's (I&M) Operations Support Services (OSS) team, reporting to the Senior Director, OSS, you'll join a team of professionals dedicated to turning business strategy into action through clear and purposeful communication. In this role, you'll lead a team that focus on various communications and engagement initiatives that educate and inform the broad and diverse I&M team, in addition to our partners in the CAO across CIBC.

You and your team will work closely with I&M's most senior leadership team leading the development and execution of all engagement and communications initiatives, including SVP/EVP level town halls and leader sessions, videos and other strategic asks as needed to effectively tell the story of our business to our leaders, teams and partners. This role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your creativity and work with leaders of all levels across I&M and with SBU and Functional Group partners.
